Thanks to Robbie & Michael who came out for a simple drain snaking, and ended up cutting out a seized galvanized pipe in a tight spot, and replacing, cleaning up nicely, not doing much wall damage, and ultimately fixing a drain that's had problems for 2 years. We wanted to provide feedback on service provided to us last Saturday night. We made an emergency call because our kitchen drain was clogged. After trying to clear it ourselves, your technician arrived and was wonderful. He was professional, courteous, funny, quick, and cleaned up after the job! He cleared the clog, which he estimated was about 20 feet down, and gave us tips for what NOT to put down the disposal and how to keep it clear in the future. We were so pleased, and he was so nice.
