A Magnolia Heating & Air Conditioning Ultimate Service Agreement (USA) is a year-long HVAC service contract in which a Magnolia Heating & Air Conditioning technician comes out to your home or commercial building in the Washington, DC, Maryland or Northern Virginia area twice a year to inspect all relevant air conditioning and/or heating equipment to make sure it is running properly and as efficiently as possible. The goal of the USA maintenance service contract is to prevent larger problems from becoming issues at all – to catch any issues before they become costly problems, and before you’re stuck in a cold DC winter without heat or in the humid summer without air conditioning.
